After you use a couple 6 or 7 cans of cleaner see if you can tighten up the plunger on the hand pump. Try cleaning the banjo bolt for the turbo boost, it is located on the back of the intake manifold. clean out the switch over valve with carb spray/ brake cleaner. Take it for a spin and see if that helps. Good luck.
