It goes without saying that the true redneck would read between the lines and use the age old redneck rule of substitution. Any item, preferably 'borrowed', that is in any way similar to another can be substituted.
Using this rule, we can see that the redneck would have automatically relieved one of the torn up riding mowers rusting in his yard of a rim and used that instead of store bought mallarky.
