Actually the glass is "Sigla", and "Sekurit". They are supposed to be the best glass for the Mercedes W126 - and I am going to probably specify either of those, maybe Sigla, for the replacement of the tinted windshield. It has some cracks in it.

PPG is also acceptable.

It is too hot to be working inside the garage.

People like you that have some wrenches, with the time, inclination, place and ability to work on them a little are PERFECT candidates to join in the fray at Mercedesshop. You should fit in just fine.
