"It's time"? .... Not sure what your symptoms are, but not much goes wrong with this item other than a worn potentiometer. Is it symptoms of that failing that you experience? On the other hand, plugging-up, leaking, uneven distribution, etc of the fuel distributor, or problems with the EHA are more common.
Anyway, if you replace the airflow meter, you will have to calibrate the mechanical offset of the vane, as well as the pot position. If none of the rubber in the vicinity has been replaced recently, I would include that too.
