A national tire store scratched ALL 4 of my wheels while rebalancing them. If you could draw a circle around the center cap area (with the lug holes on the circle line) you would have the scratch diameter. My wheels are painted, of course, and it scratched the paint -- much more so than compounding it out would fix.
Question: What is the correct way to approach them? What should I reasonable expect? My wheels were not in showroom condition but they only had minor wear and blemishes -- this was on the edges. However, seeing it right on the flat, painted area is very visible.
