when problem started, car would sometimes lose power & idle down when stopped; once stopped wouldnt start back up until cooled down. oil & spark plugs changed. now hard starting & shuts down few minutes after starting. gas gauge fluctuating. husband thinks it's either the fuel filler flap (sticking) or fuel pump relay switch (bad). any ideas?
