Alarm going off due to poor unlocking speed

I replaced the alarm brain module in my 190E 16v and it fixed the faulty factory alarm system i had. It all works as it should now. Only one problem...
When I unlock the car's trunk the door locks seem to take anywhere from 2-5 seconds longer to power up and unlock themselves with the vacuum system. In this time period, I typically have opened the truck to place or remove what ever item I was intent on dealing with. Opening the truck of course turns the light on in the truck and this of course sets the alarm horn off since the system sees an entry point opened before the door locks can trip the alarm reset. the trunk is open and the door locks are still down so the alarm goes off. Then in 2-5 seconds the door locks decide to pop up and the alarm reset occurs and the horn shuts off. how nice, I unlock the car as I am supposed to in my own car and the alarm goes off since the door locks decide to be slow in responding. How do I fix the slow response of the door locks so the alarm doesnt go off, or if it does it is reset almost immediately instead of having to tell my passenger, "Oh dont worry the alarm will shut off in a minute or so." There is nothing other than the slow response of the door locks wrong with the system, the alarm is working correctly. I just am not sure if a new pump or what might help the response time of the auto door unlock sytem. Car is 1986 190e 2.3-16v US
