No need to worry about a pic,Peirberg made all the vacuum goodies for the German car makers.
Just pull it off ( it's a slip fit on the rubber hoses ) and turn it around.
With it reversed you won't be getting a proper aceleration .Even though these cars move off in second they are still reasonbly quick but if the fuel isn't being delivered properly it will be down on power.
