I've had one experience at Sam's club where they damaged the hub. I took it to the dealer and was quoted right around $400. They promptly cut me a check so I could get it fixed. My brother in law had the exact same problem described. He took it to a body shop to get an estimate and they told him that it could not be repaired. He got a check for four new wheels. I would treat this as any insurance claim. Since they know they've damaged your tires, get an estimate at the body shop and submit it to their insurance company.
