Trapped!

One of the supposed advantages of replacing the trap cat with a 'test pipe' (temporarily, for testing purposes only) is that the starter from a Federal '85 or perhaps even an older 617 engine will fit. That gives owners a much wider range at the pick-and-pull yards. I would want to verify that with my own eyeballs but it sounds reasonable.
