The lift pump is a very low fail part. It is sealed to the IP by a gasket and if leaking would leak engine oil.

Suggest you pull your two suspect lines again and coat each with a small amount of silicone grease and reinstall. Because of the tight quarters I've had to gently use a pair of channel lock pliers to get enough force to seat the outer line onto the lift pump.

Did you repalce the oring behind the SOV too? When it leaks fuel can be blown rearward traveling along the fuel line to the lift pump making it appear as if it is the offender.
