Please explain how resurfacing a rotor weakens it any more than normal wear. If a rotor exceeds the minimum specified thickness, why would it matter whether it was worn down or resurfaced to its current dimensions? Is a rotor that has been worn to a certain thickness stronger than a rotor that has been machined to an identical thickness?

And what exactly is an "OEM Mercedes rotor?" If it's a Mercedes rotor, it's not OEM. And if it's OEM it's not Mercedes.
