Larry: Could you check with him on recent experiences with it?

I have used P&L and Benj Moore exclusively in the past, and the P&L was my favorite. When I mentioned P&L to my painter, he said the quality has declined. I have one room I want to go over in the original P&L color (light blue eggshell).

As I mentioned, my quote includes paint cost, and I'm not going to 2nd guess my painter (to avoid troubles later). He's giving me the choice of Sherm Will or Benj Moore, altho I'm sure I can convince him to use P&L on the one room that's a re-paint in the same color.

I'll be using off-white eggshell on the rest of the house, and it's going over an original light color (Benj Moore) oriental silk.
