I just finished this job myself about a month ago. If I had seen this thread earlier, we could have had a support group. The torque settings are in the haynes manual, but I didn't do that because I couldn't get to the bolt, with the the support that is in the way. So I took a guess. This may not be ideal, but it has worked for now. These are not torqued down really tight, just pretty snug.(if that makes sense)
Did you end up rebuilding the tranny, fixing the pump. Mine was leaking badly and I changed it out with my parts car (80 300sd) If you did put in another pump, where do you get the parts?
