I noticed diesel near my house in N. VA this morning was up to $3.50 a gallon. Holy moly!

This led me to ask the question of whether their are different grades of diesel fuel that can be burned in a 24 year old MB? I'm new to diesel cars, so I have not got any experience with this yet. I'm still on my first tankful.
