Why don't you just do a wire transfer. Last time I bought an airplane, we did it that way, there's no wait for funds be verified because the funds are there. If I'm not mistaken, there's requirement to report to the IRS either since the funds are there. The operative word is the funds are there. I don't know about MCO or MSO's but I haven't ever tried to export an imported vehicle.
