I am sorry that you feel it is necessary to question the honesty of a Mercedes Benz Dealer or repair shop. As a professional technician I belive that it is my duty to care for the vehicle that you have entrusted to me as if it were my own. I belive that most other technicians and owners feel this way also. As with any Profession there are always a few bad apples. Very few shops will allow this to happen. As a Foreman I had the a technicain try to do this to a Customer. He was fired on the spot. Good Luck
