Crap. I think you're right.
I'm getting 17 at 1200 RPM (in park vacuum advance removed) in gear it drops to 750 RPM and it's at 12" of vacuum.
I think I haven't tightened the intake manifold enough. Last time I stripped the bolt hole
PITA to fix and now I have a phobia.
