It is a very hard jolt and it lasts about 2 or 3 seconds after you turn the engine off. I don't hear any sounds when I shut it down. I'm going to have a repair shop work over the car to see if there is any other problems. I will let let them check out this problem.
On the door handle problem, so what happens when you pull on the inside door handle?
