It is fastened to the intake with 4 bolts. The is a thin paper gasket inbetween (get two, incase you tear one). You will most likely bust a rubber tube that leaves the throttle body and heads in the direction of the firewall. You might also bust another vacuum line (the hard plastic kind) make sure you have some spare rubber tubing for making the connections. Take a picture of which way the springs go.
BEFORE you take off the old one, plug in the new one, and turn on the ignition to make sure it works! (don't ask how I know to do that)
