Allowing farmers, or contractors either, to use untaxed fuel off road, is not a subsidy. Its just letting off road use not haveing to pay the road tax and that sounds fair to be. There should be no road tax on lawn mower, chain saw, ETC gasoline use but its such a small amount, its hard to keep track of.

I'm wondering who is going to pay road tax on Hydrogen or electric vehicles?
