Allowing farmers, or contractors either, to use untaxed fuel off road, is not a subsidy. Its just letting off road use not haveing to pay the road tax and that sounds fair to be. I'm as anti-farm welfare as anyone, but I agree that off-road vehicles/equipment should not pay road taxes.

I think the H2 and electrical vehicle question is interesting, I predict a flat fee when these are registered.
