OK, so we pretty much diagnosed this as NOT a B2 Piston Failure.

the clutches are most likely worn and don't have enough of a mating service to move the car.

I'm looking for a cheap quick fix. a good used tranny that has just been pulled from a running car or all the parts to do a manual swap.
