Just lowered my W124 non 500e with the HR's from neuspeed. I also put in bilstien sport shocks and went with 3 bump pads in the rear. The negative camber is visible to the trained or observant eye but it is not significant to warrant spending $300+ on a camber kit. I'll be keeping an eye on the tire wear through the summer. I doubt I'll see any significant inside wear.
$199 does not sound bad at all if you like the aesthetics of a lowered car but hate the look of a bit of negative camber. I may even drop this guy an email.
