Get a 21 inch drivers side blade, and no more than 20 on the passenger side. A 19 will work fine also. They do hang off the side alot and then they bend and wear out quickly if you go with the longer blades. Blades are like $7 at wal-mart, and my passenger side get a cheapo that gets changed often. The driver gets a Bosch 21, and the tailgate gets Bosch rear wiper- I forgot what size.
