It's more subtle in Scandanavia and England, that I saw, but is mostly a reaction against illegals (Mostly muslim) that abuse the hospitality and generosity of the host country and that still refuse to assimilate whatsoever.
That's natural.

But in Peru, it is horrific. Just about the worst I have ever seen, anywhere. It is not hard to see how and why, the Sendero Luminoso gained some traction, with them, (at first).
