Given the fact that there are a gazillion (yes really,
) cars in Southern California, and the fact that I saw almost 10 W123s and a few W126s in less than three hours last night when I was out with friends (none of them had a Lovecraft sticker, btw) - I want to see how many other old Benz owners are in SoCal, and how many would be interested in a GTG.
I know that other members would be interested (diametricalbenz - this is you
) but I think that there HAVE to be others out there.
I think that a GTG, and maybe even a group technical/wrenching day would be lots of fun. A group drive on one of SoCal's many awesome back roads would be fun too.
Who is interested? I know that all of you W116, W123, W126, W124, and W201 dieselers out there have thought the same...
