If I were to say I'd say it's cranking at a normal speed. After a couple long tries it slows down ... four or five 10 sec draws then it slows down significantly. But after I recharge cranks over fast just not all the way over... if that makes any sence.

I whish I knew what I was talking about I could paint a better picture. I'm a bit of a mechanical numb-nut
