After you remove the wheel cap and brake caliper. Loosen hex, socket screw of clamping nut. Then while simultaneously rotating hub to the extent that the hub will be hard to turn, slacken clamping nut again for aprox 1/3 turn and release tension by hitting wheel spindle with rubber body hammer.

I do encourage you to remove the bearings, degrease and take a careful look at them.
