Well, I got it back on but the side-opening latches don't work well at all, they appear to jam and prevent the hinge pins from withdrawing fully.

Not a good design, the glove box under the 'phone compartment hold nothing on any significance, why does it need to hing on both sides? Over complex and unnecessary in my opinion.
