Can you help me with my claim too? The last guy who caused me $14K of damage didn't have insurance and was definitely drunk. This should be a shoo in for you, right? Go take his and spend your life doing it. However, I should warn you of 2 problems:
1. He has nothing for you to take. This is his past, present and probably future.
2. OTOH, lets say he makes it big later on and is as rich as Bill Gates. Lets say for the sake of argument that you even manage to take him for all he is worth. How much money will it take to compensate you for the loss of your legs, arms, eyes, etc, etc? What is your price on your limbs or autonomy? IOW, what will it cost me to put you in a wheelchair for the rest of your life and you think you got a deal out of it?
My point is simple. If it costs me more in gas, I can work and earn it back. But if it costs me permanent damage, how will the money fix it for you even if you can get him to pay for it?
