A 26 x 11 x 3 intercooler is not a problem for airflow/lag, You'll probably have a hell of a time fitting something that large without some body cutting and radiator relocation or mounting it below the bumper and making a custom air dam to surround it. I had a hell of a time fitting my 16.5"x11"x3" intercooler, I don't know how you'll get an extra 10" in there.
