I'm parting out a 1985 300TD
1985 300TD wagon parts.
and have someone intersted in the 2.88 diff. I know its hard to make out noises in videos but what do you thinking of this one here

The tranny whines when its cold so its hard to tell what noises are happening. I'm going to get down near the diff and listen with my wife on the throttle.
Could always put the diff in my 240D Automatic.
