Same goes for the tranny... My mother has a 2002 toyota highlander. with "lifetime" fluid inside of it, IT MUST STILL BE CHANGED EVERY 6K! What this does is confuses the normal, run of the mill driver who knows nothing more than "Oh, lifetime? Yay never need to change the oil again.." And this caused billions of problems..
