In '99 I flew to BWI in a SWA 737 that had so many above-surface (IOW: not flush) rivets in the skin around the cabin door and above the Aloha failure area, the damned thing looked like a boiler from the Titanic.
Right then and there, I seriously thought about declining that ride and then realized that it was really the a/c without the visible rivets that I should probably worry about.
