This is what happend next. I GOT BOOST. It is intermittant but about half the time now the turbo actually supplies some boost! Looks like it is impossible to kill one of these turbos. If I could get dependable boost from 10-50 I'd be very happy. Apparently the impeller can still spin, but just gets hung up, or needs a little extra to get spinning. Still plan on replacing the turbo, but the car is more driveable now. Should I just keep driving and see if it improves?
