do a search, there is a very comprehensive post on trans problems. there are a lot of system corrections you can make before you tear into your valve body. vacuum profile, modulator settings and bowden cable settings could be explored before taking the trans apart If youve already done all of this you are in the same boat as me, i will be putting in the superior kit this weekend. I am going to put in all of the corrections. this makes all of the shifts react basically the same as the 1-2 shift so you can tune firmness on all 3 shifts with the modulator setting.
