I love the south for the simple reason that everything is fried. Plus i live in a tourist heavy area.. tons of non corporate controlled resteraunts. I have a friend that works at this place called "The Pub" its a pub for the UK tourists and such.. always busy and they are always frying something. I'm going to see about getting some oil to test.

I found my water heater locally for $50 and just need my book so I can piece together my processor. pick up some drums , methanol, and Lye and we'll be good to go
