Like has been mentioned before, the entire process of producing B100 involves lots and lots of regular diesel....so in the end its not really a sustainable option and thats why it costs so much.

Algea based biodiesel might be an option.....lots of positive gain from the initial energy investment. It has the highest usable oil product per unit also, making it the most efficient way to produce the fuel.
