Mine works well in the 300D for sale --- I fixed it. Including the center vent; however, I just slid the arm off the vacumm pod that controls the flap; so for air on the floorboard, I just shut the dash vents by turning the thing on the vent.
R134A and 42 degrees F at the dash vent.
