Trunk light is a good suggestion, but you may not have found all the damage done by the rats.

Disconnect the ground at the battery, put your meter on Amps, and connect one lead to the cable, and one to the battery. You will probably see a small current flow. Then remove fuses one by one, and check the meter. When the flow stops, you have found the circuit with the drain. Then you need to methodically check the wiring on that circuit, looking for wires that may be grounding due to damage.

Can be tedious, good luck.
