This is pretty much the opposite of what happened to me. My trig teacher cent a "progress report" home with me to show my parents. He apparently figured that I, like every other student, would open it up, read it, and never show it to my parents. Imagine my mothers suprise when she read the teacher's note stating "Listen up, if you don't get off your ass and do some home work I'm going to cut your f#$%ing balls off!".

It was a good thing that everyone involved had a good sense of humor! The worst I suffered was having my trig teacher tell me he thought there was no way I would have ever shown my mother the note. I told him I never looked at it, just handed it to her folded up just like he handed it to me...
