Front plate = not required in Delaware. My bumper actually does not even have an indent for the front plate. I know it's a weird thing to be proud of, but I've never seen another 124 with a solid front bumper and no indentation (even ones without plates installed still have a dip). I love the smooth, flat look of my bumper ... I'd be crushed if I had to put any plate on it.
