I removed the generator,then loosened the 2 nuts and removed the bracket...of course,one of the studs was shot,had to replace it...yes,4 bushings all(one on each side of the bracket hole)flat sections of the bushing pointing to the block and nut respectively...can`t do it wrong...yes,it was literally bouncing(hence the eaten bolts)....
One doesn`t need to remove the adj.(long) bolt from the block,but I had to replace it anyways
