My girlfriend is a colon/rectal surgeon. You would be amazed at the pictures she has on file, and the stories she has. She is always the life of the party with the stories about things she's pulled out of people's asses.

It is common place to take pictures during surgery for use later. Be it for a weekly meeting with other surgeons so that they can learn from each other, or teaching to interns, so on.

But, in accordance with the thread, she has never posted any of those pics on YouTube!
