I have installed 5 "worldpac" type and 1 "MB" on 3 of my cars. The reason for the "MB" one is that the "Worldpac" one I bought developed a pinhole leak in it shortly after I got it (from Rusty Cullens- and he replaced it with a "MB" one).
Even with that PITA issue, I am not sure the OEM ones are worth the extra cost. I don't trust any of these much past 10 years and plan on replacing them all when they get that old. The generic ones are certainly thinner (more flexible is good for the cooler), but I think most of the failures are at the crimp, not the ribber itself.
