weak sauce! I know the feeling. You know with a little social engineering, the MB parts department can be persuaded to ship you keys. Keep in mind that even if you started the car and the steering lock wasn't an issue, you would still have to rip up your shifter wood to override the ignition cable that attaches to the shifter assembly so you can get it out of park.
