Call her back, go out for coffee, a drink, whatever. You never know until you give it a shot. You have very little to lose, she is very clearly interested in you, so why not? This is a gift, women rarely give obvious signs and make it easy for you. This cannot be easier.

FWIW, I knew my wife socially for years before SHE made a move on me. Not that I was intimidated, etc. just that she was in a group of friends and I didn't see her that way. Happily married for 7 years now and very happy I accepted her offer.
