If she's attractive to you, go ahead and enjoy. Two caveats:

1) As Mistress warned, she might be pregnant and looking for a babydaddy or wallet. I understand the current legal climate allows a woman to nail a guy for child support even if the DNA test is negative. Be sure to keep your torpedo wrapped in any case.

2) Don't listen to her crying stories about the ex, don't help her move, and don't lend her money. Do any of those things and you'll find an instant "Friend" label slapped on your forehead, and you never move from "Friend" to "Lover" unless it's on TV sitcoms.
