very blind guess here... but... the front sump is in the way i think... you would need the ECU for the elecrtonics and possibly the TCU if you are going to use the auto tran that goes to that engine.. but past that it should not be toooo hard...
custom motor mounts ... custom electronics... redesigned oil pan...
time and money can make anything happen...
ooohh and all the gizmos to work the VNT
