Thats aboluety brilliant.. are you guys angels from heaven who just swoop down and cater to all our needs. We don`t get a lot of convertible wether in Vancouver British Columbia Canada . There are two types of Marr connectors. Ones with a helical coil in it and this one which has a brass sleeve with a screw tightener in it. Yes, I unhooked the cable and slipped the brass sleeve over it. Cdn Tire or Home Depot should have this kind of connector. Look for the large size of electrical connector.
